MonkeyDial provides voice AI API services that allow you to integrate phone call capabilities with your own AI systems through HTTP webhooks and audio file processing.
3. Beta Program
By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge that the service is provided "as-is" and may contain bugs or experience downtime during development.
4. Usage Restrictions
- You must not use the service for illegal activities
- You must comply with applicable telecommunications regulations
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent for phone calls
- You must not abuse or attempt to exploit the service
5. Data and Privacy
We process call data as necessary to provide the service. You retain ownership of your audio files and call data. We do not train AI models on your data.
6. BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier)
When using BYOC, you are responsible for your relationship with your SIP provider and any associated costs.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
MonkeyDial is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
